Lisa Saperstein is a tenacious litigator who loves fighting for her injured clients. She enjoys going up against corporations, insurance companies and government entities that have wronged people and prides herself on tending to the needs of each case in a way that will maximize the client’s outcome.
Saperstein has handled a wide range of personal injury issues from cases involving motorcycles, trucks, construction disputes, slander and defamation, elder abuse, medical malpractice, and more in both state and federal court. One of her most notable client victories was recovering $12.5 million on a 15/30 insurance against a prominent insurance company.
Lisa grew up in Newton, Massachusetts. In 2007 she received a B.S. from Soka University of America where she graduated summa cum laude, was awarded the Ikeda Scholarship for embodying the mission and values of the University, and was the first female honoree in the Athlete’s Hall of Fame. In 2012, she obtained a J.D. from Vermont Law School. When she’s not fighting for her clients, Lisa enjoys being outdoors and spending time with loved ones.
